What does dermaplaning do?
Your provider will “plane” or blade your skin to remove the outermost dead layers. In doing so, all unwanted facial “peach fuzz” is painlessly removed. Your skin will feel soft and smooth, and your skincare products and makeup will go on smoothly.
Who is dermaplaning for?
Dermaplaning is a non-chemical treatment recommended for people who are sensitive to chemical or other abrasive hair reduction methods. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding can safely receive dermaplaning services.
How many treatments will I need?
Since dermaplaning painlessly removes hair from your skin’s surface, we recommend ongoing treatments every 3 to 4 weeks to maintain your results, though treatment schedules vary from patient to patient. Our members receive the highest value and can combine dermaplaning with many of our other services to multiply the benefits and extend their beautiful results. During your consultation, your provider will customize a treatment plan for your skin type.
